Start with a free 30-minute consultation
Tell me what you're trying to achieve, what's not working, or simply where you're struggling. You don't need to have a defined project or know exactly what solution you need — that's what the conversation is for.
2 I'LL WORK OUT THE BEST SOLUTION
After our conversation, I'll review what you've told me and, where appropriate, take a look at your data, processes or existing reporting.
I'll explain what I think needs to be done, how I would approach it and what it will cost in straightforward language, without unnecessary jargon or software.
For smaller, clearly defined pieces of work, I'll give you a fixed project price. For larger or ongoing requirements, we'll agree the scope and pricing together before anything starts.
3 WE GET TO WORK
Once you're happy to proceed, I get on with it.
That might mean building a dashboard, automating a report, cleaning up a ledger, investigating a discrepancy, creating a financial model or rebuilding a process. You don't need to manage the technical detail — I take care of that.
4 HANDOVER OR ONGOING SUPPORT
When the work is complete, you can take it from there — or I can stay involved.
That might mean delivering your reports each month, maintaining your dashboards, updating forecasts, supporting your finance team or continuing to improve your processes as the business changes.
